What is this?
It's a chain of images based on the word "stone." Three of the pictures--a limestone formation, a stone-age skull, and a photo of Sharon Stone--were found in a web search for "stone picture." The final graphic is the word itself. The links between the images are mosaics generated by a computer program.

What will I see?
The chain has three pages, one per link. You'll see two net images at the upper left and upper right. Below them lies the computer-generated linking mosaic.

Why isn't this interactive?
That's exactly what I want to do next: allow you to participate by creating new web searches and new chains based on any word. Aren't you curious to see mosaics inspired by Saturn or Red?
